Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes Yield: Makes 2 smoothies.

Ingredients 1 ripe banana, cut into pieces 2 cups of berries – blueberries (fresh or frozen), strawberries (quartered), or other berries 1/2 cup crushed ice 2 cups plain yogurt 1/4 cup honey
